Responsibilities
:The Technical Contracts Manager will:
Support company business objectives by negotiating, executing, negotiating, and managing commercial contracts for the acquisition of goods and services Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts Lead negotiations on contract modifications with stakeholder input Provide assistance to internal stakeholders on contractual matters, requirements, risk management, and mitigation strategies Ensure the level of effort and attention to detail is commensurate with the complexity, value, and risk associated with the acquisition Establish an acquisition strategy to include the type of contract and milestones, contractible requirements Coordinate review of contracts or purchase agreements with Procurement Management and in conjunction with Office of General Counsel, as required Perform cost or price analysis, includin...
