Job Description

Required Expertise

· 3 to 6 years of experience as a Technical Writer or Software Documentation.

· Bachelor's degree in Computer science, Engineering, or equivalent.

· Knowledge of Documentation tools like MS Office, Robohelp, Acrobat, SnagIt, and InDesign.

· Demonstrated experience working with application and infrastructure architecture diagrams development, which aligns with industry open standards.

· Sound knowledge and experience in Content architecture and cataloguing.

· Must have domain experience into General Insurance or Health Insurance.

Key Responsibilities

· Learning/understanding the documentation tools and process.

· Determine the needs of end users of technical documentation.

· Coordinating with subject matter experts in understanding product and functionality to produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards.
