Technical Consultant

Reporting to the Centre of Product Excellence Manager, the incumbent will be based at the AfriSam Roodepoort Plant.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Conducting planned customer visits in collaboration with Territory Sales Managers to build and strengthen relationships.


• Independently providing proactive technical support and insights to customers.


• Identifying customer’s needs and planning appropriate technical investigations or implementations in alignment with customer expectations. 


• Providing expert technical support during customer interactions.


• Perform training at customer’s sites with customer staff.


• Fostering and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships with customers.


• Enhancing AfriSam’s brand credibility through technical expertise and service delivery.
