Technical Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain SAP Business One environments (application, database, and integrations).
• Perform SQL Server maintenance, database tuning, and backup validation.
• Apply SAP patches, upgrades, and hotfixes in coordination with vendors.
• Monitor system health, transaction logs, and job schedules.
• Assist with SAP-related support tickets and escalations.
• Coordinate with functional consultants and end-users for incident resolution.
• Ensure data security and compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act.
• Provide documentation of configurations, processes, and restoration procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or any technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of SAP Business One administration experience.
