Technical Consultant I

The Technical Consultant is responsible for technical consulting and configuration of the Achievers software with Enterprise clients, typically over 5,000 employees with global requirements and complex structures.

Responsibilities

• Lead all technical implementation components of implementation, from design, configuration, testing, and integration.
• Dive into client meetings, solutions documentation, and platform configuration.
• Consult with clients to gather business and technical requirements through onsite and remote meetings.
• Align requirements to product functionality, offering best practice, scalable solutions along the way.
• Present compelling solutions in a collaborative way to Enterprise clients based on finite feature sets.
