We are seeking an experienced bi-lingual (English/Spanish) Technical Consultant to lead the end-to-end delivery of third-party integrations and export files for clients across North America.

This is a low-code role. You will map and configure exports directly and collaborate with offshore development resources as needed. Partnering with clients, vendors, and internal project teams, you will translate business and technical requirements into accurate, high-quality export files that support critical HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Workforce Management processes.

You will own the lifecycle of each integration, ensuring reliable delivery from discovery through post-production validation. This position requires the ability to work with North American clients within EST business hours.
