Technical Compliance Manager

Job Description

The Technical Compliance Manager ensures that regulatory and security requirements applicable to a B2B game supplier are correctly interpreted, translated into internal specifications, embedded into product and system design, implemented by the relevant system owners, and evidenced for certification and audit purposes.

The role reports directly to Head of Legal and Compliance and operates at the intersection of Legal & Compliance and Technical teams. It owns regulatory requirement translation, technical compliance control design and validation, audit coordination, and regulatory readiness across all active and target markets.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and interpret technical regulatory requirements (e.g. MGA, UKGC, DGOJ, SGA, AGCO and other applicable authorities) and translate them into structured, actionable internal specifications.
