The Opportunity

MAYDAY is partnering with a leading national insurer on a newly created Technical Claims Manager role within their Commercial Property, Construction and Engineering Claims team.

This senior technical leadership position has been created to uplift technical capability across the claims function, providing expert guidance, coaching and support to Service Managers and Technical Specialists managing complex and high-value claims.

You will act as a trusted technical authority across Commercial Property, Construction, Engineering, Building Warranty, SME and Corporate ISR portfolios.

The role focuses on strengthening claims capability, improving technical consistency, supporting succession planning and embedding best-practice claims standards.
