Technical Change Facilitator

About the Role

As the Technical Change Facilitator, you'll play a key role in supporting the implementation of technical and operational change across the business. Working alongside Technical Advisors, Operational Leaders, Managers, Supervisors, Team Leaders, and HSQE teams, you'll help evaluate, document, communicate, and embed improvements to work practices, procedures, competencies, and compliance requirements. You will be instrumental in ensuring changes are understood, adopted, and sustained through coaching, collaboration, training, assurance activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
