Job Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
1. Procurement Execution & Coordination
Manage the end-to-end procurement process for semiconductor-related materials, tools, consumables, and equipment.
Review and interpret technical specifications, datasheets, and drawings to ensure sourcing accuracy.
Prepare and issue RFQs/RFPs, analyze supplier bids, and recommend sourcing decisions based on cost, quality, delivery, and technical compliance.
Coordinate with Engineering and Project Management to align material readiness with project schedules and production timelines.
Ensure all purchase orders meet internal standards and customer requirements.
2. Supplier Sourcing & Evaluation
Identify and qualify local and international suppliers capable of meeting semiconductor industry requirements.
Evaluate supplier performance based on price competitiveness, delivery reliability, technical capability, and quality performance.
