Technical Buyer

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

1. Procurement Execution & Coordination

• Manage the end-to-end procurement process for semiconductor-related materials, tools, consumables, and equipment.
• Review and interpret technical specifications, datasheets, and drawings to ensure sourcing accuracy.
• Prepare and issue RFQs/RFPs, analyze supplier bids, and recommend sourcing decisions based on cost, quality, delivery, and technical compliance.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Project Management to align material readiness with project schedules and production timelines.
• Ensure all purchase orders meet internal standards and customer requirements.

2. Supplier Sourcing & Evaluation

• Identify and qualify local and international suppliers capable of meeting semiconductor industry requirements.
