Job Qualifications and Responsibilities for Technical Business Analyst

  • 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst in large-scale technology delivery programs within Banking and Financial space
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and working sessions to define business needs and expected outcomes
  • Decompose large or unclear initiatives into structured, actionable requirements
  • Identify and resolve gaps, assumptions, and inconsistencies early in the lifecycle Requirements Documentation & Governance
  • Produce and maintain high-quality documentation including:
    • Requirements Management Plan (RMP)
    • Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM)
    • Detailed Requirements Specifications (DRS)
    • Agile user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Ensure requirements are traceable, testable, and aligned to business objectives
