This role will work closely with business stakeholders, project teams, and technical specialists to analyse business requirements, improve processes, and support the delivery of fit-for-purpose technology solutions. The successful candidate will play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical delivery while ensuring successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead business analysis activities across a large-scale transformation program.
  • Gather, analyse, validate, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
  • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and stakeholder engagement sessions.
  • Develop user stories, process maps, workflow documentation, and business analysis artefacts.
  • Analyse existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to support solution design and implementation.
