TECHNICAL BUSINESS ANALYST
About the role
The Technical Business Analyst – Payments & Systems Integrations works in close partnership with the Functional Business Analyst to convert business and functional requirements into detailed technical specifications for company's payment systems and third-party integrations. This role focuses on defining system behaviours, data transformations, interface logic, and integration points to support development teams.
Key responsibilities include producing implementation-ready documentation such as flow diagrams, API payload definitions, system rules, and edge case handling. The Technical BA ensures alignment between business intent and technical execution by working across product, engineering, and external stakeholders. Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, an understanding of distributed systems and data design, and the ability to manage complexity through clear, structured documentation.
