About you:

  • Proven experience in the implementation of ERP systems, must have payroll or HR modules, finance also ideal.
  • 4+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst in a technical environment.
  • Strong skills in requirements elicitation, process modelling (BPMN), and technical solution design.
  • Hands-on experience with APIs, SQL, and translating business needs into technical specifications.
  • Demonstrated technical proficiency in executing data cleansing and migration
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the business.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to clearly articulate complex technical processes, project configurations, and implementation details to both technical and non-technical audiences.
