Our utilities client is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior / Lead Technical Business Analyst to join their core Tech function.

This senior role will lead technical and functional business analysis + change management activities, ensuring corporate applications are fit for purpose, aligned to business strategy, and successfully adopted across the organisation.

You will manage a small team of BAs, guiding high-quality requirements definition, solution design, and continuous improvement across a complex application landscape.
