We are seeking a Technical B2BAccount Manager/Sr. Customer Success Specialist to guide new business clients through the setup phase of our software. You will serve as the primary technical point of contact during onboarding, ensuring successful deployment, configuration, and device installation. Your main goal is to eliminate technical friction, troubleshoot setup issues, and help clients successfully launch our platform across their infrastructure and mobile devices.
