Technical Associate

KernelPoint is focused on building and restructuring deep-tech companies across North America and Europe. We work hands-on with early-stage ventures, shaping technical architecture, building MVPs, and putting the right systems in place to scale from 0 to 1 and beyond.

We’re not a consultancy and this isn’t a support role. We work at the intersection of product, engineering, and startup strategy.

The Role

We’re looking for a Technical Associate to work directly with the founder and venture team on evaluating, designing, and building new ventures.

This role sits between strategy and execution. You’ll help assess whether an idea is technically viable, design the right architecture, and often build the first version yourself. You’ll also contribute to shaping the shared “hub” infrastructure that supports multiple portfolio companies.
