Job Description
Primary Function
To provide technical and administrative support to engineers, supervisors, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist engineers and supervisors with technical documentation
- Prepare, organize, and maintain technical reports, drawings, and records
- Coordinate with site teams regarding schedules, requirements, and updates
- Monitor and compile site data (manpower, progress, materials, inspections)
- Support permit, testing, and compliance documentation
- Assist in meetings, minutes of meeting, and follow-ups
- Ensure proper filing of technical and project documents
- Perform other technical and site-related tasks as assigned
Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate of Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related course
- Basic knowledge of construction or technical operations
