Mon- Fri 8.30am - 5pm (1h break)
£15.20 p/h

Role Purpose

To provide administrative and coordination support to the Technical and Quality teams, ensuring accurate documentation, compliance with customer and regulatory requirements, and effective management of technical data, records, and systems.

Key Responsibilities

1. Document & Data Management

Maintain and control technical documentation (QASs, specifications, risk assessments, SOPs)

Ensure all documents are current, correctly version-controlled, and easily accessible

Upload and manage customer portals (e.g., retailer specification systems)

Support completion and filing of audit documentation and reports

2. Complaints & Incident Administration

Log and track customer complaints and internal quality incidents

Maintain complaints databases and generate trend reports

Support foreign body investigations, non-conformance records, and corrective ...
