technical assistant

Job Responsibilities

• Assist Engineers in machine maintenance, troubleshooting, and production support activities.
• Perform basic troubleshooting on production equipment (CNC machines, stamping machines, assembly lines, etc.).
• Support machine setup, model changeover, and process adjustments.
• Monitor machine performance, analyze downtime, and report abnormalities.
• Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, 5S, Lean Manufacturing).
• Prepare daily engineering, maintenance, and production performance reports.
• Maintain proper technical documentation and records.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and automotive quality standards (IATF 16949 / ISO where applicable).
• Collaborate closely with Production, Quality Assurance, and Maintenance teams.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management from time to time.
