Job Title: Technical Assistant - Leasing & Facility Mangement

JOB SUMMARY

The Technical Assistant provides entry-level administrative, financial, and operational support to the Leasing & Facility Management team.
The role focuses on preparation of Lease Offers, contract monitoring, rental and collection tracking, expense monitoring, and processing of Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO) using the D365 system. The position supports accurate documentation, timely billing and collections, and efficient coordination of leasing and facility-related activities.

Primary Responsibilities

Lease Documentation & Contract Monitoring
- Assist in preparing Lease Offers based on approved terms and conditions.
Monitor lease contracts, including effectivity dates, expiries, renewals, escalation schedules, and deposits.
