About the Role

We are hiring a
highly skilled Technical Virtual Assistant / Operations & Automation Manager
with
deep expertise in HubSpot
and strong experience building
end-to-end automation systems
, including
HubSpot Mailshake integrations
, AI tools, and multiple third-party platforms.

This role is for someone who can
own automation-heavy projects
, design systems, and
take execution completely off the founder's plate
with minimal supervision.

You will work closely with the founder, gradually taking over
operations, automation, CRM systems, and workflow ownership
