Molex is seeking a Technique Assistant to join our Optical Solution Business Unit (OSBU).

The Technical Assistant is expected to support the R&D department in ensuring smooth execution of daily operations and projects. Contribute to the efficiency and success of R&D activities by providing reliable administrative and technical support.

What You Will Do 

  • Assist to apply Part Number / BOM / Engineering Change order and relative process in Agile and ERP system to support RD request.
  • Assist in applying purchase requisitions, payment requests, goods receipts, and acceptance reports in ERP and Coupa.
  • Assist the R&D department in preparing materials and packaging with proper labeling for delivery.
  • Responsible for managing the laboratory as well as 10K cleanroom garments and consumables.
  • Assist the R&D with travel expense reimbursement in ERP.
