About the Role
We are hiring a highly skilled Technical Virtual Assistant / Operations & Automation Manager with deep expertise in HubSpot and strong experience building end-to-end automation systems, including HubSpot Mailshake integrations, AI tools, and multiple third-party platforms.
This role is for someone who can own automation-heavy projects, design systems, and take execution completely off the founder's plate with minimal supervision.
You will work closely with the founder, gradually taking over operations, automation, CRM systems, and workflow ownership, with light marketing automation support.
