Technical Assistant

• Location: Dualtech Center, Carmelray Industrial Park 1 Canlubang, City of Calamba, Laguna

Duties and responsibilities as Technician Assistant hall include the following:

●Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems as needed.

• Follow DTC policies to meet safety standards and laws; Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify any maintenance issues or safety concerns.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or management, addressing issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as HVAC system inspections, filter replacements, and lubrication of mechanical equipment assigned by Superior.
• Perform minor carpentry work, including repairing doors, windows, and furniture.
