Your role

You coordinate donor-funded programs and design Technical Assistance projects that strengthen FMO’s Pioneer–Develop–Scale strategy. And your first focus will be: Market Creation Platform and Investing in Young Businesses Africa financial sector market creation programs.

You work closely with other investment departments such Financial Institutions, Private Equity and Partnerships for Impact and report to the Market Creation Financial Institutions Manager

Your responsibilities: 

Delivering quality program coordination services

  • Plan, resource and monitor program.
  • Hold responsibility for donor compliance.
  • Manage communication, reporting (M&E, impact, financial) and actively participate in program specific donor governance and coordination meetings.
