Scope:

  • Core responsibilities of implementation and possess strong domain knowledge in WMS solution to understand how the Blue Yonder solution can be configured and delivered to better facilitate customer business and technical processes
  • Look at various angles of a Problem to identify the root cause to solve a Variety of problems. Promotes the same outlook in the Team.
  • Volunteers for new challenges and eager to learn and challenge himself for new tasks as well build a network outside the immediate Team and encourage an atmosphere where team can thrive
  • What you’ll do :

  • Serves as a techncial liaison and attends and contributes to key meetings between Project Manager, Solution Architects, key customer contacts, and customer users, up to and including key executive project sponsors
  • Ensures knowledge transfer is conducted with key customer project team
