Job Description
Responsibilities:
Handle inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs.
Stay on top of accounts, making sure they receive services that are within their budget and meet their needs.
Meet regularly with other team members to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business .
Generate progress reports for clients and senior leaders within the organization.
Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and communicate with the sales team regularly.
Manage organizational deliverables by using industry standards methods .
Required skills and qualifications:
12+years of total experience
Proven specialization and expertise in Data & AI. Extensive experience in designing and architecting Data marts, Data Warehouse, Data Lake.
Must be in tune with current trends in AI &ML . Ability to lead discussion on AI & ML Use cases, business benefits and implementation of Advance analytics is mandatory
