As a Salesforce Architect
, you will lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions that enhance business performance, with a primary focus on
Sales Cloud

Service Cloud
capabilities. You will partner with stakeholders to optimize sales processes, improve customer engagement, and enable data-driven decision-making through scalable, high-impact Salesforce architectures.

Qualifications
Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, with deep expertise in Sales Cloud (lead-to-cash, pipeline management, forecasting, territory management, quote-to-order).
• Strong understanding of Service Cloud architecture, including case routing, omni-channel, knowledge management, and service analytics.
• Proficiency in Salesforce configuration and development (Apex, Lightning Web Components, declarative tools).
