Skill: Service Now Developer/Architect
  • ServiceNow Development and configuration ITSM/ITIL process Knowledge.
  • Must have a good knowledge in ITSM modules.
  • ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Catalogue, Workflows).
  • Experience working on ServiceNow (JavaScript, workflows, update sets).
  • Scripting Experience - JavaScript/Client Script/ Server Script /ACLs.
  • Experience in Business Rules, catalogue items, UI policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, Import Sets & Transform Maps.
  • Must Have a good experience in Service Catalogues.
  • Must Have a good experience in Workflow activities and Notifications.
  • Must Have a good experience in Catalogues Client Script.
  • Must have a Knowledge of -Java Script, HTML, CSS, web Services.
  • Agile Methodologies.
  • Reporting Dashboards, Reports, Home Pages.
  • GlideRecord, GlideAjax, GlideSystem.
