We are looking for students in their last year of their professional career or recent graduates who want to learn, contribute and live with courage, commitment, collaboration and care at Essity.
**The Graduate Engineer Program seeks to develop a pipeline of technical and leadership talent for our first entry positions in the organization of the manufacturing area and its functional areas.**
**Phase 1**:
**Intership Program.**
**Duration: 1 year.**
**Development process based on mandatory training for new collaborators and start of the Theoretical understanding of the continuous improvement system, TPM. Reports to the continuous improvement manager. Activities are carried out depending on the area and role of the intern. Upon completion, the interns have a performance evaluation to be promoted to the second phase.**
