Role Overview

You will serve as a Technical Application Specialist supporting Epicor’s LumberTrack/BisTrack ERP software, Android mobile apps, and Data Cubes, located in Vernon, BC. Your role includes diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving technical and application‑related software issues for our customers. Responsibilities

Monitor the support queue and investigate, document, and resolve or escalates support cases. Manage and follow up on assigned support cases, providing timely updates to customers by phone and email. Escalate P1 and urgent issues to the Support Manager. Provide functional application training to customers on Epicor products. Troubleshoot and recreate software issues reported by customers, logging tasks for software development as required. Qualifications
