**What you will be doing**:
- Serve as a liaison between end users and appropriate internal resources to resolve complex issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve financial and ERP software-related issues with a focus on PRO customer requirements.
- Assist with financial processes such as AR, AP, general ledger, and financial reporting.
- Support inventory management, work-in-process tracking, and job costing.
- Perform general ledger account reconciliations and multi-company consolidations.
- Manage escalations and high-priority issues for PRO customers to ensure timely resolutions.
- Execute additional tasks as assigned to support team goals and customer satisfaction.
**What you will likely bring**:
- 3+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or support environment.
- Proven experience working with ERP software, preferably Epicor 9, Vantage, or Vista.
