Job Description
Major Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate and timely technical information, advice, and assistance regarding the organization's products and services before, during, and after a transaction to maintain and improve the organization's customer relationships.
- Deliver customer operator training in Abbott facilities or on-site
- Perform new instrument and assay implementations through to Test-of–Record
- Provide on-site assay investigation and troubleshooting related to instruments, software reagents and experimental designed
- Provide operator training and coaching on assay and instrument (hardware and software)
- Prepare technical documents and reports for implementation, training, and investigations
- Connect and integrate available or customize technologies to cater customers’ needs, take lead in technical discussions, analyze their needs, and propose relevant product and solution offerings
