Job Description

The Accoutning Support Specialist is focused on providing exceptional support to field consultants and external customers via phone, email, and chat. This role bridges technical expertise and customer service to ensure user issues are resolved efficiently.

What you will be doing:
  • Act as a liaison between end users and internal resources to resolve application issues.
  • Provide exceptional application support independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Attend ongoing training sessions to enhance technical and application knowledge.
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned.
What you will likely bring:
  • 2–3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
  • ERP software experience, with preference for Epicor 9, Vantage, or Vista.
  • 2–3 years of financial business flow knowledge, including:
    • Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), ...
