Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Apparel Designer to develop a comprehensive Design Tech Pack for a signature luxury polo shirt: The Eternal Polo by Maison ZEHPA.
The objective is to create a hybrid piece that combines the comfort of luxury jersey with the structural rigor of a sartorial shirt. We are targeting the absolute luxury segment (competing with brands like Cucinelli or Loro Piana).
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Drawings: Create detailed 2D Flat Sketches (Front, Back, Interior) including all construction details.
Collar Engineering: This is the core of the project. You will need to design the internal architecture for a buttonless, upright Camicia collar (3cm collar stand) that remains dynamic without collapsing.
Material Integration: Incorporate technical data from our fabric supplier (Mario Cucchetti). You must account for a 6% shrinkage rate (Interlock, 200 gsm, 100% Giza 87 Cotton) in the pattern engineering.
