Responsibilities

• Market-Development: Actively participate in the development of key markets for mechanical & electrical disciplines, including client interaction, key account management meetings, and building a pipeline of upcoming opportunities.
• Proposal Supervision: Coordinate and/or participate in the preparation of proposals within the mechanical & electrical practice.
• Project Management: Act as a project manager, discipline lead, or design engineer (design, technical) for project execution.
• Personnel Coordination: Supervising and coordinating personnel assigned to projects as required.
