Technical Analyst

Reporting to the Manager IT Operations, the successful applicant for this position will be responsible for providing functional and technical expertise on corporate systems and/or infrastructure systems to the end‑user community. This position is also responsible for the analysis, design, development, testing, administration, including database management, configuration/compliance, implementation, and support and project control/management over information and operational technologies which include ERP, GIS, and CIS. The successful incumbent will guide Analysts, Programmers, System Support Analysts, and other users including Managers and Supervisors through the implementation phase of small to medium projects.
