Technical Analyst – Valuations & Analytics

Oxford Properties is seeking a Technical Analyst to join the Valuations & Analytics team in Toronto, Canada. This role focuses on designing and maintaining tools, reports, and valuation models, supporting the team’s database and providing insight through market research.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain reports, tools and templates used to create and maintain valuation models using VBA, SQL and related skills.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of the team’s database that tracks historic and forecast property results and market information.
• Liaise with the Information Technology team and third‑party systems service providers for the sourcing, development and maintenance of internally and externally managed software and systems.
