Bridge AI Engineering and Business

GNCO builds AI products. We need a Technical Analyst who can translate between worlds — understand AI deeply enough to write real requirements, communicate with engineering without slowing them down.

This is NOT a coding role. But you must understand LangChain agents, RAG architectures, LLM capabilities, vector databases, and prompt engineering.

What You'll Own:

Technical Requirements (40%): Write PRDs for AI features, document LLM capabilities/limitations, create user stories with clear acceptance criteria, translate business needs into technical specs

AI/Engineering Analysis (30%): Evaluate AI tools/frameworks, analyze technical feasibility, research best practices, review engineering estimates, benchmark solutions

Stakeholder Communication (20%): Make AI concepts understandable for non-technical stakeholders, facilitate requirements discussions, manage expectations
