We are recruiting a Technical Analyst for a company who develop, implement and support a software product to their global customer base.
Headquartered in the UK, they are looking to expand their support capabilities with an IT Support Engineer based in Central or South America delivering a high standard of support across the North and South American time zones.
What do you have to do?
As part of the IT team you’ll provide 1st, 2nd and up to 3rd line support to their customers. You’ll be main point of contact for IT support requests in the Americas. You’ll resolve issues, find solutions and investigate problems.
You’ll also project manage implementations and upgrades of the software as well as continually developing the product to improve installation efficiencies.
