Position Overview
Technical Analyst II, Field – Reporting to the Manager, Technical Operations. Responsible for level two support for internal clients via email, ServiceNow tickets, online chat, and phone. Conduct technical troubleshooting to resolve incidents and fulfill service requests in a timely manner. This role is based in Vancouver, BC.
Responsibilities
- Perform basic and moderately complex level one and level two troubleshooting and repair activities for end‑user environments, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, desk phones, and printers.
- Conduct regular site visits to provide in‑person support, document infrastructure, and build relationships with key stakeholders at each site.
- Fulfill service requests such as granting network drive access, administering distribution lists, creating/modifying/disabling accounts, and provisioning software.
