Are you passionate about artificial intelligence and eager to bring your expertise to a rapidly growing practice? As an RPA Technical Advisor - Agents, you’ll support the delivery needs of business sectors within the Québec division. You’ll leverage your technical skills while helping position the Innovation and Technology Center (ITC) as a leader, by staying up to date with emerging technologies and identifying innovation opportunities in your field.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Data, Analytics, and AI, you’ll be responsible for developing and promoting your area of expertise within the organization. This includes collaborating with the Academy team to build team capabilities and implementing the right tools, methodologies, and best practices in artificial intelligence to ensure efficient, high-quality service delivery.
