I'm building an AI-powered HR / recruiting platform that intelligently matches candidates with job opportunities using conversational AI (voice + text).
Before hiring the core developer, I'm looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong AI experience to help me:
- Define the technical architecture
- Refine the product scope
- Vet technical candidates
- Conduct technical interviews
- Evaluate code samples
- Help me confidently hire the right full stack engineer
- This role is consultative + technical advisory, not the main builder (though long-term involvement is possible).
