Technical Advisor

A global ingredients producer is seeking a Technical Advisor (Baking) to join its Asia Pacific hub in Malaysia. This role supports regional growth in a dynamic and agile environment.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Regional Commercial Lead, the Technical Advisor provides hands-on technical service across selected Asia Pacific markets. You need to be able to develop recipe and concepts for baked products suited for the Asian markets and perform product demonstrations when required. You get to engage directly with bakeries, food service operators, HoReCa customers and distributors to showcase prototypes, troubleshoot issues and promote product adoption.
Requirements
Ideally, you have at least 7 years of professional baking experience servicing regional customers and is capable of producing high-quality bread in Asian styles.
