Job Description

The IPP Technical Sales is a customer-facing role that actively engages customers to

communicate HCLSoftware Workload Automation / HCL Universal Ochestrator offering, to

understand their technical and business needs, and to act as a bridge between Product Sales,

Client Directors and product teams when developing offerings and customer solutions.

Proactive, engaging and team member with at least 5 years experience in automation. Hunting

and entrepreneurship attitude required for the business development and proactive

engagement with the ecosystem of GSI and BPs.


Key focus being on new license revenue opportunity, assisting the sales team with product

Demo, POC, pre-sales and post-sales activities to delight our customers.


The role will also work closely across HCL Products services, product management,

development, support and customer advocacy teams. Key focus being on new license revenue
