Job Description
Supervise and provide technical guidance to workshop technicians.
Allocate repair tasks and ensure timely completion with quality standards.
Diagnose complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues.
Support technicians in troubleshooting and resolving technical problems.
Ensure repairs are carried out according to manufacturer procedures and company standards.
Maintain workshop efficiency, safety, and quality compliance.
Requirements
ITI/Diploma in Diesel, Automotive, or Electrical Engineering
5–7 years of experience in a similar role or as a Senior Mechanic/Team Lead in heavy commercial vehicles, light vehicles, or passenger cars
Ability to lead and guide a team of 7–8 technicians
