 The ability to represent the AP brand as a Technical Advisor

  • as a Technician providing a technical yet passionate image to the customer;
  • as a customer service specialist in providing knowledge and insight.

The Technical Advisor embodies the craftsmanship and brand legitimacy in the boutique.

  • After-Sales Service Management - Responsible for the entire watch repair process, including registration, photo documentation, progress tracking, collection, and etc.
  • Client Care Service - Provide timely updates on repair progress to customers, conduct follow-up calls, and build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Technical Support Service - Provide quick repair services (strap replacement, link addition/removal, water resistance testing); answer customer questions about complications from a technical perspective.
