We are looking for a proactive and organised individual who can ensure PPMs are completed in line with contractual requirements, while supporting remedial works through to completion.

The role requires strong collaboration across stakeholders and a professional approach to representing the organisation in all client interactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate administrative activities related to PPM scheduling and delivery
  • Support the Operations Delivery Lead with PPM programme execution
  • Track, record, and monitor compliance processes and remedial actions to completion
  • Maintain accurate asset registers in collaboration with the Asset Manager
  • Manage and organise compliance documentation, ensuring records are kept up to date
  • Act as a central coordination point between stakeholders, including WPSM, GPA Helpdesk, KAN, ISS Helpdesk, site teams, and subcontractors
