We are looking for a proactive and organised individual who can ensure PPMs are completed in line with contractual requirements, while supporting remedial works through to completion.
The role requires strong collaboration across stakeholders and a professional approach to representing the organisation in all client interactions.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate administrative activities related to PPM scheduling and delivery Support the Operations Delivery Lead with PPM programme execution Track, record, and monitor compliance processes and remedial actions to completion Maintain accurate asset registers in collaboration with the Asset Manager Manage and organise compliance documentation, ensuring records are kept up to date Act as a central coordination point between stakeholders, including WPSM, GPA Helpdesk, KAN, ISS Helpdesk, site teams, and subcontractors Sup...
